This month the A-7 Corsair II flew its last operational flight. The Greek Air Force retired its Corsairs October 17th. So here is an update of my Greek Corsair. Long live the A-7.

Have not done a Spitfire in awhile so I thought I would do a few more. Here is the Speed Spitfire, N.17 that was prepared with an eye toward the speed record. She never made an attempt on the record because the German’s pushed the bar very high with their Me-209. Look for a Griffon powered Spit next.

Here’s is the latest from the Blackheartart collection. My nephew is making his way through ATP and flying the Piper Seminole. Had to do a caricature of one of the many Seminoles. Still need to do one with a background but here is the basic caricature. This bird is heavy one raise rivets….. and I added all of them. Hope you like it. I plan on doing a version with gear down and maybe a panel or to off. Stay tuned.

With the Anniversary of WW! I thought it was about time to do another WWI caricature. This time a Sopwith Snipe. This version is from 208 Squadron RAF, late war. Hope you like it. I have another version just about done as well.

Okay here is a new version of my Gloster Meteor, this time a 19 Squadron CO bird.

Sorry to hear about the loss of a fine aircraft. Pleased to hear pilot and passenger are okay. It was an honor to have created this print for the team at last years Reno air races. Good luck and lets hope we will see a Miss Picabo II.

Just finished my latest caricature. This time a Gloster Meteor F. Mk8. This bird was flown by Sgt. George S. Hale of the Royal Australian Air Force, while assigned to 77 Sq. they were based at Kimpo Air Base in Korea in 1953. He engaged several Migs in a running battle where he claimed two probables. His aircraft was named “Halestorm”.
